“ This cool little grill serves up some great eats, notably including some of the biggest baguette sandwiches this side of the Mason Dixon. Checking in at 11 inches, these sandwiches could feed a small village for three days. Other options include burgers, a variety of salads, grilled deli sandwiches, hot dogs, along with chicken and steak entrees. Sides and apps are aplenty, running the gamut from french fries and onion rings to mashed potatoes, Israeli salad, grilled veggies, chicken tenders, wings, cole slaw, yellow Basmati rice, and corn on the cob. We started things off with an appetizer called fire poppers - bite sized chicken tenders coated with a hot and tangy sauce. These were pretty tasty and addicting. Luckily, we had ordered the very generous larger size so we didn't have to worry about running out. I opted for the "Zinger" baguette, consisting of fried chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, and spicy chipotle mayo. I also chose to add extra chicken for an additional three dollars. The entire sandwich will set you back $12.95 ($15.95 with extra meat) but you will literally get two HUGE meals out of this spicy chicken deliciousness. Other baguette options include schnitzel, steak, Philly steak, chicken with pastrami, and teriyaki. One of my friends chose the honey bbq steak baguette and did not regret the decision. It looked very appetizing and she said it was very flavorful. Another friend tried the pastrami burger, a popular option up north that consists of a hamburger topped with a large slice of grilled pastrami. As a self proclaimed pastrami burger connoisseur, my friend thought it was pretty solid, but not one of his all time favorites. The side of grilled veggies was absolutely delicious and a great compliment to the meal. Don't expect to be wowed in the ambiance department. It is somewhat austere but has a fair number of tables. Service is at the counter and they will buzz you when the food is ready. All in all, for a quick hearty meal, this place definitely hits the spot. ”
